This card was originally created for Hellen's Temple Guardian altar installation at FOLK MEDIC II: PANACEA, which stood at Subliminal Projects in Los Angeles . Order one for yourself or have one sent to a valuable friend.

1. Have a blank, unstamped, unwritten, unused prayer card sent *IN AN ENVELOPE*

2. Have Hellen fill in the address, affix postage, and mail card with *NO ENVELOPE*.
